Founder of BOLDE, Amanda Elizabeth couldn’t find a wetsuit that she was excited to wear. So she made one.
As a shark biologist and avid diver, Amanda knows how a wetsuit should fit. While trying to find a suitable wetsuit for herself, she saw the need for something that was bright and bold, and that celebrated the female form.

Meet our Australian designer and founder, Amanda Elizabeth
Amanda Elizabeth is a Perth-based shark biologist and saw the need for women to look and feel amazing while being on and in the water.
Amanda promotes the conservation, education, and research of sharks through a number of activities including film, media, speaking engagements, shark research and school presentations. She also hosted and co-wrote a documentary called Shark Soup about the shark fin trade.
This passion and energy has driven her to commit 5% of all BOLDE profits to further marine research.
